We’ve worked with The University of Sheffield since 2016, delivering a number of large-scale, outdoor pop-up cinema events for their students. In 2019, we were asked to help the University design, plan and deliver a brand-new event for freshers at one of their student accommodation locations - Endcliffe Student Village. 

We delivered “Edge Fest” which saw us dress different on-site locations with an “into the woods” theme. We included bespoke festival signage, fun “Instagrammable” props, beautiful lighting, décor, confetti cannons, DJs, glitter artists and UV artists.   

The event was a huge success, attracting over 1000 new students and helping students engage with each other, as well as with the services on campus. We are currently working with the University to deliver a new event for freshers in 2020.
