Set Up And On-The-Day
Wedding Coordination
We understand that many couples enjoy organising their own wedding day and just need some help in the final weeks. That is why we offer a set up and on-the-day coordination service.
We will meet with you one month prior to your wedding to go through all of your plans, suppliers and wedding details. We will then put together a comprehensive wedding schedule, anticipate any issues and give any further advice that you might need to feel ready and excited for your big day. We will liaise with all of your suppliers in the run up to your wedding day, coordinate the set up and manage your wedding on the day so that you are free to just enjoy the build up to your wedding and the day itself.
This service is really beneficial for venues that don’t come with an “in-house coordinator”. We will help with setting up your wedding and we will coordinate all your suppliers, leaving you to get ready and relax the day before and on the morning of your wedding.
Our prices start from £600 + VAT.
